We believe real estate is more than just a transaction, it involves some of the biggest life decisions people will make. Our approach is personal. We take the time to listen, understand your needs, and guide you with honesty and care. Our priority is serving you, making sure you feel supported, informed, and confident every step of the way. We view you as a person, not a transaction. Our client-first approach means that you're never just "another deal".

The first step is a consultation to talk about your goals, budget, and timeline. We can do that in person, on the phone, or on a video chat. We do a lot of deals over coffee. From there, we’ll connect you with trusted lenders, walk you through the pre-approval process, and guide you step by step until you’re holding the keys.

Lance is an investor himself, so this is a clientele that we especially love to work with. We keep a close eye on the market, analyze property values and rental potential, and help investors identify homes that match their strategy, whether that’s long-term rentals, flips, or multi-family properties.

Like most agents, Nelson agents work on a commission basis that’s typically a percentage of the final sales price. The exact amount can vary depending on the property and situation, but we’ll always be upfront about costs so there are no surprises. Our goal is to be fair and maximize your home’s value while making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.

That depends on your goals, not just the market. For some, it’s about finding a first home to grow into, for others, it’s making a smart investment or moving on to the next chapter. We’ll help you dig through the clutter of opinions out there and look at both the numbers and the bigger picture so you can decide what’s best for you. We'll always be honest with our clients and have their best interest in mind, even if that means waiting to buy or sell.
